The design of each of our houses provides good sunlight in the living spaces, especially on the ground floor, where the
panoramic window overlooking the garden has dimensions of as much as 671 cm x 273 cm. An important advantage for
every owner is the possibility of parking two cars next to their house (in the garage or under the carport).
Thanks to this, residents getting out of their cars will not be exposed to rain, and their cars will never be covered
with morning snow, which will have to be removed in a hurry to work or school.
The quality and aesthetics of the building materials used are also important. The façades are finished with noble white plaster, and the roofs are covered with light gray ceramic tiles, while the reinforced concrete and steel structure and walls made of ceramic materials ensure the solidity and longevity of the buildings.
