The design of each of our houses provides good sunlight in the living spaces, especially on the ground floor, where the

panoramic window overlooking the garden has dimensions of as much as 671 cm x 273 cm. An important advantage for

every owner is the possibility of parking two cars next to their house (in the garage or under the carport).

Thanks to this, residents getting out of their cars will not be exposed to rain, and their cars will never be covered

with morning snow, which will have to be removed in a hurry to work or school.

The quality and aesthetics of the building materials used are also important. The façades are finished with noble white plaster, and the roofs are covered with light gray ceramic tiles, while the reinforced concrete and steel structure and walls made of ceramic materials ensure the solidity and longevity of the buildings. Thanks to this, these prestigious houses are harmonious

and elegant, perfectly fitting into the green surroundings of Konstancin-Jeziorna.

OUR PLANS

The buildings in our intimate estate are of the highest quality, and each of them offers about 243 m² of usable space

on two residential floors and an attic. All houses have four bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms

(one of the bathrooms is directly connected to the master bedroom dressing room.)

 

 The residences are designed to comfortably accommodate couples, families and guests.

Each house also has a spacious attic that can be adapted to individual needs, e.g. a quiet study,

an additional bedroom, an activity zone for the family or simply a utility room.
